Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of all personal data Hey Susan holds about you. This includes your account information, conversation history, and any data shared through connected Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
How to delete your data

Via Facebook Settings
Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Hey Susan" → Remove. This triggers automatic deletion of your Facebook-connected data.

Via Email
Email support@heysusan.online with your request. We will process it within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR.

Via Your Account
If you have a Hey Susan account, you can disconnect integrations and delete your account from Settings at any time.
